Acceptance of terms
- By accessing or using Ceylon Gem Exchange, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform or have parental consent.
User accounts and listings
- Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, including valid contact details.
- Sellers may list up to 5 gemstones for free. Premium members can list unlimited gemstones.
- All listings are subject to admin review and approval before being publicly visible.
- Users may not post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
- We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our policies.
Transactions and payments
- Ceylon Gem Exchange is a marketplace platform, not a seller or party to any transaction.
- All payments for premium memberships are processed through PayPal or other approved payment providers.
- Premium membership fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
- We do not handle gemstone purchases directly. Buyers and sellers negotiate and complete transactions independently.
Prohibited conduct
- You may not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Harassment, spam, abuse, or misrepresentation of gemstone origins is strictly prohibited.
- You may not attempt to bypass platform security or access other users' accounts without permission.
- We may suspend or permanently ban users who violate these rules.
